We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in real estate/construction material procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, tiles, etc.).
• Collect quotations, compare rates, and finalize vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with site engineers for daily material requirements.
• Maintain vendor relations and negotiate best prices.
• Keep records of PO, invoices, GRN, and daily purchase reports.
• Ensure material quality and timely availability at site.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials & vendor markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication & vendor handling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and documentation.
• Time management & ability to handle multiple purchase requests simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for cost comparison and rate analysis.
• Ability to travel to sites and vendor locations if required.

Experience: 2–5 yrs in construction/real estate procurement.
Preferred Location: Pune , PCMC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
