Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Purchase team member at Indian Transformers & Electricals in Jaipur. The role involves supporting the purchasing function and managing purchase-related operations, such as creating and processing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, tracking order status, and completing analytical tasks to ensure procurement efficiency. The role will play a vital part in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary materials and services while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and handling Purchase Orders
• Experience in Purchase Management and supplier/vendor coordination
• Strong Analytical Skills for procurement planning and cost optimization
• Attention to detail with the ability to resolve purchasing issues efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in manufacturing or electrical industries is a plus
• Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
