Hiring: Purchase Executive

Industry: Interior Projects & Electrical Items

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location: Serampore, Hooghly

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Handle purchase of interior project materials & electrical items

✔ Vendor sourcing, comparison & negotiation

✔ Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs)

✔ Track material delivery, follow-ups & coordination with site team

✔ Maintain purchase records and documentation

✔ Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays

✔ Work closely with accounts & project teams for billing and GRN

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in interior project purchase/electrical item purchase preferred

Strong negotiation & communication skills

Knowledge of vendor management & basic documentation

Ability to handle purchase tasks independently

Familiarity with MS Excel / basic computer skills
