Job Responsibilities:
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase & Stock In-Charge to manage procurement activities and maintain accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, good knowledge of stock management, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchase process including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and order placement.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory reports regularly.
- Monitor daily stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any supply issues.
- Verify incoming goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and purchase-related documentation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Optimize purchase cost and maintain minimum stock without affecting operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Tally software, MS Excel, inventory software, and basic computer operations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
* Experience in similar roles preferred (Freshers with good skills may also apply).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
