Procurement & Purchasing
- Source and procure raw materials including vegetables, dairy, poultry, seafood, groceries, spices, masala, grains, bakery, beverages, and packaging items.
- Purchase kitchen equipment, operating supplies, cleaning and housekeeping materials when required.
- Evaluate and compare vendor quotations to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Release Purchase Orders (PO) and track supply schedules.
Vendor Coordination
- Develop and maintain strong vendor database for all food & non-food items.
- Conduct vendor price negotiations and contract renewals.
- Monitor vendor quality, delivery timelines, credit terms and reliability.
- Resolve supplier complaints, delivery discrepancies, and quality issues.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Coordinate with Storekeeper, Chef, and Operations Team to understand daily requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent over-ordering / stockouts.
- Ensure purchasing is aligned to restaurant food cost and budget.
- Support menu changes by sourcing new ingredients required by the culinary team.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain PO records, GRNs, invoice tracking, and vendor bills for payment.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with FSSAI, hygiene & safety standards.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for timely vendor payments.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Head Chef, Kitchen Team, Outlet Managers and Accounts.
- Communicate expected delivery dates and resolve any shortages.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
