Position Overview

The Purchase Executive will handle vendor coordination, procurement planning, order management, and timely material sourcing. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to ensure smooth procurement operations. Male candidates & immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for required materials and goods
• Identify and evaluate new vendors, negotiate pricing & terms
• Create and process purchase orders accurately
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery timelines and material quality
• Maintain procurement reports, stock updates, and purchase records
• Work closely with internal teams to understand material requirements
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability
• Resolve purchase-related issues and ensure timely material flow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (commerce/management preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, purchase reports & basic documentation
• Understanding of procurement cycle and market sourcing
• Male candidate only (as per requirement)
• Immediate joiner preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
