Purchase Executive

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to manage procurement for our pharmaceutical project. This role is key to securing high-quality raw materials and packaging to keep the project on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement: Manage the full purchasing cycle: sourcing, negotiation, and buying pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate new suppliers and maintain strong relationships for consistent quality and best pricing.
• Order Tracking: Create purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and ensure timely material arrival.
• Coordination: Align procurement activities with the project's production schedule and material needs (BOM).
• Compliance: Ensure all purchasing adheres to quality and regulatory standards.

What We Need

• Experience: Ideal candidate has experience in purchasing, preferably in pharma or raw materials sourcing.
• Education: Degree in B.Com. or Pharmacy.
