PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Handle end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and order placement

 Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize value and ensure timely delivery

 Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and manage supplier relationships  Ensure accurate and timely execution of all import documentation and regulatory compliance

 Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth coordination of supply chain activities

 Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and cost analyses

 Monitor and control procurement budgets while ensuring quality and timely procuremen

t  Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and coordinate with accounts payable for invoice reconciliation

 Track supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
