Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for solar project materials such as PV modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers, BOS (Balance of System), and civil/electrical consumables.
• Float inquiries, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements for vendor selection.
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions with suppliers.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure material availability as per BOQ and project plan.
• Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and purchase documentation in ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements (GST, customs, etc.).
• Manage logistics coordination for delivery at site (transport, warehousing, clearance).
• Assist in cost control and budgeting by tracking purchase expenditures.
• Support in vendor audits, approvals, and long-term rate contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
