Purchase Executive

• Procurement & Sourcing: Identify and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, machinery, equipment, and services required for rubber stopper production. This includes sourcing specific materials like bromobutyl rubber for pharmaceutical applications.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
• Negotiation & Cost Analysis: Conduct technical bid analysis and negotiate with suppliers to finalize orders and achieve optimal pricing without compromising quality.
• Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with the store and production teams to manage inventory levels, ensure timely receipt of supplies, and resolve any issues related to materials received.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all procured materials meet industry standards and specific application requirements (e.g., sterilization and quality specifications for pharmaceutical stoppers).
• Documentation & Reporting: Verify invoices based on purchase orders and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market developments, new materials, and potential new vendors to suggest innovative solutions to the technical and development teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
