Job Description – Purchase Executive (Male)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Interior Industry Experience Mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and purchase materials required for ongoing interior projects.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate best pricing, quality, and timelines.
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and stock availability.
• Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and project managers for material requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, bills, GRNs, and purchase records.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• Conduct market research for new vendors and updated material pricing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in interior design / modular interiors / construction procurement.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, purchase tracking, and documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project requirements.
• Only Male candidates preferred.
