Position Overview – Purchase Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support and streamline our procurement operations at the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing of materials & vendor development
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quality & timely supply
• Maintain accurate purchase records, follow-ups, and inventory updates
• Support in rate negotiation and cost-saving initiatives
• Material bill checking & coordination with accounts and stores
• Daily MIS update and report generation
• Ensure compliance with company procurement standards

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any relevant field)
• 1–3 years of experience in Purchase function (Manufacturing preferred)
• Knowledge of steel industry procurement will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP software
• Good communication, negotiation & analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-Time, Head Office Based

Salary: Best in Industry (based on experience & skill set)
