Purchase & Accounts Intern
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase & Accounts Intern to support our procurement and accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in vendor coordination, purchase order management, billing, and basic financial documentation within the IT and electronics domain. The intern will work closely with the Purchase, Accounts, and Project teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing vendors, collecting quotations, and preparing comparative statements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for order updates, delivery status, and documentation.
• Support in preparing purchase orders, maintaining inventory records, and updating procurement databases.
• Assist the accounts team with invoice verification, basic billing entries, and maintaining payment follow-ups.
• Help monitor procurement documentation, GRNs, invoices, and filing processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal purchasing and accounting procedures.
• Support cross-functional teams in day-to-day procurement and accounts-related tasks.

Skills:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in purchase, accounts, or supply chain support roles.
• Basic understanding of procurement or accounting processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn ERP/accounting tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
