Purchase Executive

• Master’s degree in business administration, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations (preferred but not mandatory).Manage and support the procurement of products and services for both domestic and international (export) markets.
• Assist in maintaining and reviewing long-term contracts and supply agreements with vendors.
• Participate in negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions, particularly for bulk product categories.
• Ensure all procurement documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Generate and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly procurement reports for management review.
• Support the development and management of supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost competitiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Quality, Production, and Logistics for seamless procurement execution.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by analyzing commercial trends and market information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
