Purchase Executive

• Procurement Management: Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for both direct and indirect materials, including raw materials, components, and services.
• Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations; collaborate with production planning teams to align procurement with production schedules.
• Import and Local Sourcing: Handle both import and local procurement activities; ensure compliance with customs regulations and manage logistics for timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Coordinate with quality assurance teams to evaluate and ensure the quality of purchased materials; address any quality issues promptly.
• Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality; conduct market research to identify cost-effective sourcing options.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards; maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
