Position: Purchase Executive

Company: Starmangalsutra Pvt. Ltd. & Sparkling Chains Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Salary: ₹3–5 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Note: Purchase candidate with stores exposure will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchase of jewellery materials, findings & consumables
• Raise POs, coordinate with vendors & ensure timely deliveries
• Negotiate pricing & maintain cost control
• Coordinate with Stores, Production & QC for stock requirements
• Maintain purchase records, GRN, invoices & MIS reports
• Ensure material availability to avoid production delays

Key Requirements

• Mandatory experience in jewellery industry
• Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of jewellery raw materials & consumables
• Good communication & proficiency in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
