Purchase Manager – Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Planning & Strategy

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Forecast purchasing needs based on production plans, sales trends, and inventory levels.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing.

2. Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure favorable agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery timelines, compliance) and maintain strong relationships.
• Resolve supplier-related issues to ensure continuity of supply.
