Must have 5+ years of experience in purchasing electronic components
Good knowledge of electronics components, brands, makes and quality, packaging
Complete knowledge of local and import purchase procedures and paperwork
Ability to negotiate best rates and get multiple quotes from various national / international suppliers
Understand Bill Of materials and maintain pricing, component records
Preparation and issue of RFQ, RFP
Execute purchase orders, maintain delivery schedules and ensure material receipt in time
Excellent communication skills and ability to regularly follow up with vendors
Development of new vendors and maintaining relationships with all vendors
Excellent computer skills for Email / Windows / Office / Google sheets / ERP
Continuous improvements in material and process changes to achieve the best quality, reliability, pricing and delivery from suppliers
Understand and predict supply chain timing and advice on correcting issues
Arranges for sales and/or disposal of excess and obsolete inventory
Work with the Factory Store / Sales team to organise quarterly foreceasts and efficeint material planning
Salary CTC 4.5LPA - 5.5 LPA
