Job Title: Purchase Engineer

Experience: 3 Years

Location: Khed shivapur, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials, components, and services as per BOM/engineering needs.
• Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, prepare comparison sheets & finalize vendors.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders; track delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with production, design, stores & accounts for material planning.
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop new suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• 3 years experience in engineering/manufacturing procurement.
• Knowledge of BOM, engineering drawings & industrial materials.
• Good negotiation, communication & ERP/MS-Excel skills.
