Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Planning and Strategy:

o Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project needs.

o Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and prices.

o Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project timelines.

2. Vendor Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

o Evaluate supplier performance and manage supplier contracts.

o Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers promptly.

3. Cost Management:

o Monitor and control procurement budgets.

o Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.

o Ensure all purchases are within the approved budget and comply with financial guidelines.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.

o Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to senior management.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

o Work closely with team, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

o Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

o Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues that may arise during project execution.

6. Quality Control:-Ensure Quality Control by tracking proper FAT, Type test, Third party test etc. for material.

7. Ensure quality & Capable Supplier/vendor assessment by checking credential and factory inspection of the vendor.

8. Develop new vendors regularly.

9. Develop a Supply Chain Management team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Commerce Post Graduate or related field.

· Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,030.69 - ₹33,154.61 per month
