Hiring for Purchase Executive ( Construction Company)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects, including civil, finishing, MEP, and subcontract packages.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers in line with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and value optimization.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, rate contracts, and work orders in coordination with project and finance teams.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, and site requirements to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve material-related issues, substitutions, and technical clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budget controls, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, MIS reports, and vendor records.
- Track market trends, price fluctuations, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and vendors.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with project, planning, and finance teams.
- Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and procurement software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Prior experience working with a reputed construction company is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
