Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source vendors and negotiate prices for electrical, mechanical & automation materials.
• Create purchase orders (PO), follow up on order confirmations & delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Maintain stock levels and assist stores team in material planning.
• Handle logistics: courier bookings, transport coordination, shipment tracking.
• Ensure GRN (Goods Received Note) and invoice matching for accounts.
• Maintain vendor database and compare quotations for best rates.
• Support production team with timely material availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
