Job Responsibilities:-
- Procurement & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for medicines, equipment, consumables, and general items.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and resolve issues like damaged goods or delays.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage stores, implement FIFO/FEFO, conduct audits, and coordinate timely replenishment with user departments.
- Purchase Order Processing: Prepare and process POs, get approvals, track order status, and ensure accurate receiving (GRNs).
- Cost & Quality Control: Ensure purchases meet hospital standards, comply with regulations (like NABH), and achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, manage vendor billing/payments, and generate procurement reports for management.
- Coordination: Liaise with departments (users, stores, accounts, quality) for requirements, approvals, and payment processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
