Purchase Executive

MRO Supply Specialist Company working with various industries in African & Gulf region

Graduation or similar equivalent Diploma mandatory

Age limit - 35 years

Expr: 2 yrs + in the field automation, instrumentation, mechanical, electrical and capital equipments needed.

*Procurement of material for company including Project Material and Capital Equipment for above mentioned industries.

*Supervising Procurement Activities

*Preparing Procurement strategies and improving purch process.

*Releasing the PO to vendors after negotiation as per Co. Policy

*Submitting weekly reports to MD with update on pending RFQ, PO, Delivery status and paymentVendor devlp and mgmt for cost saving mechanism

*Coordinating with internal Logistic team for preparing export document.*Monitoring export process in coordination with logistic team and ensuring all the documents are as per LC terms

*Monitoring Submission of Export Documents to Bank as per LC terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,331.64 - ₹36,536.71 per month
