Purchase Executive

Solar Entarprise is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, monitoring inventory levels, negotiating competitive rates, and coordinating seamlessly with vendors and internal teams. A basic working knowledge of Tally & Ms Excel is essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Management

• Source, evaluate, and purchase raw materials, consumables, and spare parts required for production.
• Identify new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate to achieve the best commercial terms.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Inventory & Material Management

• Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Keep in check for stock requirements.
• Track material consumption and ensure reordering as per minimum stock levels.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and resolve discrepancies.

Documentation & Systems

• Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and vendor databases.
• Enter purchase details in Tally (invoices, stock entries, purchase bills).
• Work closely with accounts to ensure timely bill verification and payments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1- 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP & Excel is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Good analytical and vendor-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
