Purchase Executive

Responsible for procurement, inward stock, MRNs, and vendor follow-ups. This is a hands-on execution role, not a coordination-only role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate MRNs (no unchecked entries).
• Physically verify quantity, quality, and pricing of incoming materials.
• Maintain a live price list for all raw materials and vendors.
• Follow up with vendors until closure (calls, WhatsApp, reminders - ownership is key).
• Track pending orders and flag delays before they become problems.
• Coordinate with production to ensure materials are available on time.

Must-Haves

• Strong follow-up skills (calling once is not follow-up).
• High attention to detail (numbers, prices, quantities).
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
• Low leave dependency; reliability matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
