Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Purchasing
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for materials, products, and services.
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems.
- Ensure cost-effective purchase decisions while maintaining quality standards.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
2. Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations (quality, price, delivery timelines).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms.
- Resolve delivery or quality issues with vendors.
3. Cost & Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing, and monthly purchase reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for reorder requirements.
