  • Research sourcing for new suppliers and vendors
  • Manage records of all orders, payments, and business stock
  • responsible for buying materials, goods, and services on behalf of the employer to be used in daily operation.

  • responsible for researching potential vendors, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers, negotiating the contract term of agreement and pricing.

  • responsible for performing certain duties like evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, preparing reports, track order and ensure timely delivery, review the quality of purchased products, enter order details into the internal database, maintain an updated record of purchased products, delivering information, and invoices, prepare a report on purchase-including cost analyses, monitor stock level and place order as needed, coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, attend trade shows and exhibition to remain updated with the industry trend.
  • Controlling the department’s purchasing and sourcing activities.
  • Ensuring that each stage or action of the purchasing process complies with the organization’s and authorities’ rules.
  • Hiring, training, and managing staff; participating in the development of product or equipment specifications; and conducting data analysis to determine which vendors offer the best value for goods and services.
  • Ensuring all orders and payments received are updated in the inventory book.
  • Evaluating current procurement policies and practices and revising them as needed.
  • Contracting evaluation and monitoring to ensure that suppliers and vendors follow the contract’s terms and conditions and to identify any changes that may be required.
  • Establishing trustworthy relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

SKILLS

  • Knowledge of vendor sourcing procedures and management software
  • Ability to conduct comparative analysis of potential suppliers and market trends

  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and industry professionals

THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT. SALARY AS PER INDUSTRY STANDARDS. 2 TO 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT FIELD.
