Purchase Executive

Looking for Purchase Executive , for Andheri West Location Laxmi Industrial Estate

• Purchase & Procurement
• Source and purchase small glass bottles,
• Visit and coordinate with vendors
• Prepare proforma and purchase orders .

Inventory Control

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Track inventory movement (inward, outward, damaged, rejected stock).
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Coordinate with production/packing teams for material requirements.
• Maintain inventory records in Excel/ERP systems/TCS

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
• Prepare purchase and inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Track lead times and plan purchases accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
• Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain supplier records, pricing lists, and purchase documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
