Purchase Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in engineering or manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for procurement of raw materials, components, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure raw materials, components, consumables, and services as per production requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain best pricing and terms.
• Generate purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain proper documentation for purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and vendor records.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or shortages.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• 5–6 years of purchase/procurement experience in engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
• Experience in handling local and outstation vendors.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IDA Bollaram industrial area or nearby manufacturing units.
• Knowledge of GST, basic import/export documentation (if applicable).
