Role Summary

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for executing end-to-end purchase-related activities,

including vendor visits and on-field procurement, strictly based on confirmation and approval from the Purchase Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute purchase activities as per internal requirements
• Visit vendors/suppliers for material procurement
• Carry out purchases only after receiving approval from Purchase Manager
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, and timelines
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Maintain purchase bills and basic documentation
• Follow company purchase and approval processes
• Mandatory Requirements
• Must own a 2-wheeler
• Willing to travel locally for purchase activities
• Conveyance will be provided by the company
• Prior experience in purchase/procurement is preferred
• Good coordination and follow-up skills

Important Note: This role involves regular field work and is not a desk-based position. Candidates

Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Retail, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)

Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹1.8 – ₹2.4 Lakhs (based on experience and interview performance)
