Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery to support seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Procurement:
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Procure raw materials, furniture items, fittings, hardware, and other interior products.
• Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in every purchase.
• Negotiation & Cost Management:
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain cost control without compromising quality.
• Inventory Coordination:
• Coordinate with store and project team to monitor stock levels.
• Reorder materials as per project requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, bills, and vendor records.
• Prepare daily/weekly purchase and expense reports.
• Supplier Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Resolve any issues regarding delivery, quality, or payment.
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with design, site, accounts, and store teams for timely procurement and billing.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B. Com).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchase, preferably in interior or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally (preferred)
• Time management and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
