Purchase Executive

Job description

We are looking for Purchase Executive with 1 to 3 years experience in manufacturing, sheet metal industries for Noida Location, details are given below –

(Local candidate from Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad & Delhi with own conveyance - Two-wheeler must)

Job Description:

• Candidate should have good knowledge of sheet metal components/items.

• Responsible all the purchase/procurement activities related to project, engineering, plant machinery requirements related to new and ongoing projects.

• Responsible for uninterrupted supply of material and procurement of right material with right quality and quantity at right time.

• Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases.

• Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve best price/best quality purchasing.

• Vendor development, floating purchase requirements, receiving the quotation, prize cost analysis and negotiation, prepares the comparative statements, placing the orders, follows up with the vendors for orders.

• Work closely with project management/other offices and accounts department on all relevant issues such as quality, delivery payments etc.

• Implement latest strategy and process for achieving uninterrupted supply chain at best price and for best quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical only (we are not looking for B.E. or B.Tech candidate for this position.)

• Candidate must have 1 - 3 years of experience in purchase / procurement department.

• Immediate joining would be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
