Purchase Executive in real estate manages the end-to-end procurement of construction materials (steel, cement, MEP) and services, ensuring timely delivery at optimal costs. Responsibilities include vendor identification, negotiation, PO issuance, and inventory tracking. The role requires construction industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and ERP proficiency to maintain supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing: Source construction materials, MEP items, and services, ensuring high quality at competitive prices.

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable supplier base, negotiating terms, prices, and payment schedules.

Material Tracking: Coordinate with project sites and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.

Documentation & Compliance: Prepare purchase orders (POs), review invoices, and maintain accurate records of purchases and vendor performance.

Cost Management: Analyze market trends to optimize procurement budgets and minimize costs.

Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, stores, and accounts teams for material planning and reconciliation.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in purchasing, specifically in construction or real estate, with 3-7+ years of experience preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction materials (cement, steel, finishing materials) and MEP components.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Gorfugal).

Negotiation & Analytical Skills: Strong abilities to negotiate contracts and conduct cost analyses.

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
