Sourcing API/ Intermediates/ Excipients

● Procurement of chemical Raw material

● Sending mail to vendors for quotation and finalizing same with management. ·

● Responsible for identifying new vendors for raw materials.

● Follow up with vendors for delivery of Raw Material for which Purchase Order is raised.

● Timely coordination with suppliers / Transporters delivers the material on time.

● Good in price negotiation of chemical raw material, quantity and quality check.

● Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase order.

● Identified and developed alternative supplier sources to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

● Responsible for arranging vendor questionnaire docs from suppliers.

● Responsible for arranging all the required technical docs from sources.

● Responsible for recall/reject low quality material.

● Collaborated with internal teams (Stores, Accounts) to ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and vendor payment

clearance, maintaining financial and procurement accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,324.82 - ₹36,418.49 per month
