Key Responsibilities
1. Material Procurement
- Understand project material requirements (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, tiles, sanitary, hardware, construction consumables, etc.).
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on project needs and BOQs.
- Obtain multiple quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and credit options.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid delays in construction activities.
2. Vendor Development & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors for real estate projects.
- Maintain a robust vendor database and establish long-term partnerships.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews based on quality, delivery, and pricing consistency.
- Resolve issues related to supply delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
3. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Regularly coordinate with the project management, engineering, planning, and stores teams for forecasted material requirements.
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure materials meet project specifications before acceptance.
- Collaborate with accounts for timely release of vendor payments.
4. Market Research & Cost Control
- Monitor market trends, new products, and price fluctuations for construction materials.
- Explore alternative suppliers and cost-effective materials without compromising quality.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and maintain procurement budgets.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and supplier details.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contract terms, and statutory requirements.
- Track and follow up on material deliveries across multiple project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
