About the Role

Spaceki Design LLP is hiring a proactive Purchase Executive to manage material

procurement for Glazing industry. The ideal candidate will handle vendor sourcing,

negotiation, and coordination — especially with local suppliers — ensuring timely and cost-

effective purchases for ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

 Source and procure façade and aluminium system materials.

 Maintain vendor database and develop new supplier relationships.

 Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

 Coordinate with the design, project, and accounts teams for smooth material flow.

 Track material inventory and manage purchase orders.

 Ensure documentation, billing, and GRN compliance.

 Communicate effectively with local vendors in regional language for quick

resolutions and better coordination.

Requirements

 2–4 years of purchase experience in façade / glazing / construction /

manufacturing industry.

 Strong command over Kannada/ Hindi/ English (other South Indian languages a

plus).

 Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

 Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation.

 Diploma / Degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Engineering preferred.
