Job Description:

Remedy Biologicals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and experienced Purchase Executive – Finished Formulations to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing pharmaceutical finished dosage forms, managing vendor relationships, and handling both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure finished formulations from qualified and reliable vendors
• Handle P2P (Principal-to-Principal) purchases and loan license production procurement
• Manage procurement activities for both domestic and international markets
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and follow up for delivery and documentation
• Maintain and evaluate supplier database for performance, compliance, and reliability
• Coordinate with internal teams and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Optimize inventory levels using demand forecasting tools
• Generate, analyze, and maintain procurement reports and purchase records
• Prepare and submit weekly MIS reports to management on procurement status and KPIs

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Pharmacy or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical procurement, with a focus on finished formulations
• Strong understanding of P2P process and loan license production procurement
• Experience in handling both domestic and international vendor sourcing
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of pharma regulatory standards and industry procurement practices
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel for factory visits as needed
