Role Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely purchase of materials, fixtures, furniture, and related services while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for interior design materials and services.
  • Obtain competitive quotes and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with project requirements and budget.
  • Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to understand material needs and specifications.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor database.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.
  • Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and quality standards.
  • Assist in inventory management as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Interior design.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
