The candidate should have experience in Purchase in Commercial Interiors
- Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for various interior materials such as flooring, furniture, hardware, lighting, and finishes.
- Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and efficient delivery schedules from vendors through effective negotiation.
- Procurement Process: Manage the entire purchase lifecycle, including preparing and issuing purchase requisitions and managing purchase orders (POs).
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure materials sourced comply with project specifications, company quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Coordination with Project Teams: Work closely with interior designers and project managers to understand material requirements and specifications for ongoing projects.
- Logistics and Delivery: Track material deliveries to project sites and coordinate logistics to ensure timely and damage-free arrival.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and generate reports for management review.
- Problem Resolution: Address any supply issues, such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns, in a timely manner.
