Purchase Executive (Jewellers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure gold, silver, diamond jewellery & raw materials from approved vendors
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, making charges & delivery terms
• Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchase records
• Coordinate with karigars, manufacturers & wholesalers
• Monitor gold rates and market trends for smart buying decisions
• Ensure proper documentation (GST bills, weight details, purity verification)
• Work closely with inventory & accounts team for stock reconciliation
• Maintain vendor database and develop new supplier relationships
• Ensure timely inward entry and quality check of purchased stock

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
