Purchase Executive (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials, components, and other supplies required for fire door manufacturing.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance for cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications of fire door materials.
• Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist in procurement budget planning and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
