Purchase Executive – MEP

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Source and procure Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials as per approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Visit local markets and identify approved and reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate best prices, quality standards, payment terms, and delivery schedules to control procurement costs.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for procurement tracking, cost comparison, and reporting.
• Track material deliveries and resolve supply-related issues to avoid project delays.
• Maintain complete records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MEP procurement (Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing).
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, local markets, and suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
