Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure packaging materials such as shrink wrap, LD/HM, corrugated boxes, tapes, labels, and consumables.
• All types of Purchasing for Office.
• Negotiate vendor prices, delivery timelines, and credit terms.
• Maintain purchase records, stock inward/outward, and coordinate with inventory.
• Track daily procurement status and ensure timely replenishment.
• Liaise with stores, accounts, and dispatch teams for order coordination.
• Evaluate supplier performance and develop alternate sources.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience (preferably in packaging sector/ any).
• Good understanding of packaging materials and vendor networks.
• Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication in Tamil & English.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Tally/Zoho Inventory or ERP tools.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing unit.
