Almas Hospital is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering quality medical services with compassion and excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive and Store Incharge to strengthen our procurement and inventory management functions.

1. Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hospital procurement processes (medical, surgical, and general items).
  • Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely supply.
  • Maintain vendor relations, contracts, and performance evaluation.
  • Process purchase orders, quotations, and approvals in line with hospital policies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with departments to avoid shortages.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare procurement preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital supplies and materials.
  • Excellent communication and computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems).

2. Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day hospital store operations.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of medicines and materials.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with purchase and user departments for stock planning.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO methods to minimize wastage and expiry.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Materials Management or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare stores.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
