Purchase Executive - Textile industry

Job Title: Purchase Executive - Accessories

Industry: Textile Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and Procurement:

- Identify and develop new suppliers for accessories and components

- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and quality standards with suppliers

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers

- Purchase Order Management:

- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Track and follow up on deliveries, resolving any issues or delays

- Quality Control:

- Ensure that all purchased accessories and components meet quality standards

- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to meet production demands

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth supply chain operations

- Market Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, prices, and availability of accessories and components

- Analyze market data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the textile manufacturing industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
