• Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Obtain and compare quotations to secure competitive rates.
• Issue purchase orders on time and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement as per requisitions and inventory requirements.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Maintain proper records including POs, GRNs, invoices, and ERP/Tally entries.
• Collaborate with Production, Stores, and Accounts for smooth purchase operations.
• Verify quality and specifications of purchased materials as per standards.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchase and Vendor Sourcing in any industry

Education: Graduation in any field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
