Job Description – Operations Executive / Production Supervisor

Position Title: Operations Executive / Production Supervisor
Location: Erode
Industry: Textile / Manufacturing
Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹17,500 per month

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production activities within the unit.
• Ensure production targets are met as per schedule.
• Monitor workforce performance and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with different departments such as Purchase, Stores, and Quality Control.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues to avoid delays.
• Maintain reports for daily production, wastage, and machine efficiency.
• Ensure safety and compliance adherence in the workplace.
• Train and guide workers for improved productivity.

Skills Required

• Good communication and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of production workflow in textile/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle manpower and solve operational issues.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
