The Purchase Field Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, field purchases, material follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for projects and office operations. The role involves frequent market visits, negotiation with suppliers, and coordination with site and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit local markets and suppliers for procurement of materials as per purchase requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  • Collect quotations and submit comparative statements for approval.
  • Place purchase orders after approval and follow up for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, store, and project teams regarding material requirements.
  • Ensure quality and quantity of materials received as per specifications.
  • Maintain purchase records, bills, delivery challans, and related documentation.
  • Submit bills and supporting documents to the accounts department for payment processing.
  • Handle emergency and urgent purchases as required by management or project teams.
  • Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and availability of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
