Key Responsibilities

· Manage purchase price lists, special price contracts, and MRPs.

· Process purchase requisitions against pending sales orders and place purchase orders in SAP.

· Handle import operations including order confirmation, shipment tracking, AWB/BL, customs clearance, and CHA coordination.

· Coordinate with Accounts for customs duty, supplier payments, and CHA bill verification.

· Maintain SAP entries (GRPO, purchase entries, new codes) and ensure paperless documentation.

· Manage import documentation, insurance, Way Bills, SIMS/NFMIMS certificates, and compliance requirements.

· Arrange local procurement, packaging materials, accessories, and printing requirements.

· Share delivery status and MRP details with Sales and internal teams.

· Maintain import, payment, and exchange rate trackers in Excel.

Requirements

· Graduate with experience in purchase and import operations.

· Working knowledge of SAP (MM) and Excel.

· Understanding of customs procedures, CHA coordination, and logistics.

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
